At Maison Balzac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury homewares; therefore, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles, incense, or apothecary products.
Initiate Your Request
Email our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Maison Balzac gift box and protective shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
